Seven sessions weekly

Cardio Plus - This class offers core work, Pilates, Strength Training, and Flexibility, balance and Aerobics. Hours / Days: M,W,F: 9-10:00 AM, Cost -$45 per month, Walkin - $10

Cardio Strength - This class focuses on muscle toning and strengthening, flexibility, and aerobics. Hours / Days: Tuesday: 4:15- 5:00 PM, (Starts September 23)

Chair Yoga - An adapted exercise class for the less active and those with physical limitations. Helps to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and a sense of well being. Standing is optional. Hours / Days: M,W,F: 10:15 -11:00 AM, Cost -$35 per month, Walkin - $5

All classes are inspired by Yoga, Pilates, and mind body awareness.
